Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:

W.S.D.A. The Seadragons: Wageningen Student Diving Association, operating in Wageningen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 82591814
Member: Any individual who has enrolled in membership with W.S.D.A. The Seadragons.
Customer: Any individual or organization who has entered into an agreement to purchase products or services from W.S.D.A. The Seadragons.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements, provided by or on behalf of W.S.D.A. The Seadragons.
2.2 Any deviation from these conditions must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Membership and Merchandise

3.1 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons reserves the right to adjust prices for products or services, including membership fees and merchandise, at any time.
3.2 Memberships and merchandise purchases are subject to availability.
3.3 All prices are listed in euros.

4. Payments and Payment Terms

4.1 Merchandise purchases are to be paid for immediately upon checkout.
4.2 Payment options are:

• Ideal
• Mastercard
• Visa

5. Consequences of Late Payment

5.1 In case of late payment, W.S.D.A. The Seadragons reserves the right to charge interest of 20 euro per month on the outstanding amount.
5.2 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons may suspend Memberships until full payment is received.

6. Consequences of Late pickup

6.1 When the costumer choose to pick up their order in Wageningen, the costumer is obligated to pick up their order within 3 months after the order is ready to be picked up. If it has not been picked up by the costumer and no communication has been established with the Chair of the Merch Committee, the order becomes the association’s property. The customer maintains the obligation to pay for the order. 

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Members have the right to cancel their membership within 30 days of enrollment, provided that they have not utilized any membership benefits.
7.2 Merchandise purchased through the webshop may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging, as outlined in our Return Policy.

8. Delivery

8.1 The aim is to have orders delivered no later than 4 weeks after ordering.
8.2 The customer will be informed by email as soon as the expected delivery date is clear.
8.3 When the delivery date is later then 4 weeks after ordering, the customer will have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund.
8.4 Delivery of the order will be made to the address provided by the customer.
8.5 W.S.D.A The seadragons does not take responsibility incase the customer fails to provide the correct delivery adres. 
8.6 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property rights for designs, logos, and content produced by W.S.D.A. The Seadragons remain the property of the association.

10. Complaints

10.1 Members and customers must notify W.S.D.A. The Seadragons of any complaints regarding products or services as soon as possible.

11. Liability

11.1 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages incurred by members or customers, as outlined in our disclaimer. 

12. Applicable Law 

12.1 All agreements between parties are subject to Dutch law.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13.1 W.S.D.A The Seadragons reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users are encouraged to review this disclaimer regularly to stay informed about how the information collected is used and protected.
