1. Damaged or Faulty Products:
   1.1 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons is committed to providing quality products. In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item due to our fault, we offer a return policy to address such instances. Please inspect your purchase upon receival and contact us immediately at merch.seadragons@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged due to our fault.
   
   

2. Return Procedure:
   2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at merch.seadragons@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
   2.2 Provide your order number
   2.3 In case you want to return a damaged or faulty product due to our fault, provide a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or fault. 
   2.4 Our Merch Committee will guide you through the return process.
   
   

3. Refund Process:
   3.1 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   3.2 If approved, a refund will be processed through the original method of payment.
   
   
4. Return Conditions:
   4.1 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons will only accept unwashed, unworn products for return within 14 days of delivery. 
   4.2 You will be responsible for returning the product in the original packaging.
   4.3 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons will not accept any unsellable merchandise which has been damaged by the recipient.
   
   
5.  Shipping Service Responsibility:
   5.1 W.S.D.A. The Seadragons is not responsible for damages caused during the shipping process. Any issues related to shipping damage should be reported directly to the shipping service provider.
